A Tropical Puzzle

I would like to introduce you to ‘Tropico’, a puzzle design that I have created using my own photographs.

I was inspired after reading Sir David Attenborough’s recent book, A Life on Our Planet, and his message about the importance of biodiversity.

To create this puzzle, I searched through my travel photos to find images of bright tropical flowers, birds, plants, and insects. I ended up using 59 different photos from my travels to places as diverse as Ecuador, the Solomon Islands, and far North Queensland.

The Tropico puzzle is available now through Redbubble, you can choose the size (from 30 to 1000 pieces) and the puzzle comes in a lovely tin with the Tropico image on the lid.

I have since received feedback that the quality of puzzles from Redbubble is not great, so I have decided to remove the puzzle from my shop. You can however buy mugs and notebooks with the Tropico design – I have personally tested the quality of these products and am happy to sell these!

I am very keen on making more puzzle designs however, I just need to find a better puzzle producer!

I would love to know what you think, would you enjoy doing this as a puzzle? 🙂
