Your home and wardrobe just aren’t about style and function – they can actually shape your mood and energy every day!
One of my goals as an artist is to create designs that bring joy and a smile to your face! That’s why I create pattern designs that are usually very bright, with lots of warm and vibrant colours, inspired by the beach – I want you to feel like you are on a stunning tropical island!
Why should you use vibrant beach patterns in your home?
Colourful and bold designs are perfect for bringing a sense of energy and interest to a room – think about those areas in your home where you want to encourage movement and discussion. By including some vibrant design (using pattern or art) in a room, there is a subconscious message behind your choice and what energy you want to encourage in that space.
You don’t have to go completely crazy with colour though! Even small pops of bright patterns or colour – through art, textiles, or accessories – can set the right mood without overpowering a space.
My designs often feature unique subjects and have an expressive energy, so are great for creating some excitement!

This is the power of dressing in colour – it’s an automatic moodboost, not just for you but for those around you – and I think the more colour we can bring into the world, the better!
I believe wearing bright, colourful clothing gives you confidence, and one of the reasons I especially love designing for swimwear as I want everyone to feel happy while they are swimming or at the beach!
If you are especially bold, go for mixed patterns to really make a statement.
Personally, I love to wear a statement pattern with a solid colour that matches one of the tones in the design – it’s a perfect balance between fun and wearability!
