One of the unexpected perks about travelling with a baby is that long road trips need to be broken down into smaller journeys, which means more places to visit! On a family trip to Italy last year I was lucky to spend a night at Monterosso al Mare, one of the towns of the Cinque Terre. Despite a few trips to Italy I had never been to this famous region until now – thanks to my baby’s inability to travel too far in a car!

When we visited it was rainy, moody, and full of amazing ‘scorci da cartolina’ – glimpses for a postcard – hope you enjoy 🙂
